80s Petals Down The Stream Tie Dress - Size 1X

This cute and lightweight dress is a mix of blue, purple, and teal tie dye with sketch like pink flowers throughout and concentrated at the bottom. It is slightly pleated at the bust for a floaty  looking skirt. There is a tie at the waist to change the silhouette. It has small shoulder pads, functional shell buttons down the front, and pockets.
