We are sorry but we can't hold items. It's first come, first serve. But be sure to check back for new items added and old favorites restocked.
4.) Is this junior's plus size or misses plus size?
Vintage items vary. Please always check measurements. Our house line is misses. They fit true to size. If any product varies in sizing, we will make a note in the description. See our size chart for further clarification:
5) What is your curbside pickup policy?
Pickup orders must be picked up within 1 week of ordering. Our pickup hours are Weds - Friday from 2:30pm - 5:30pm and Saturday from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
Orders that haven't been picked up within 2 weeks or had pickup arrangements confirmed are subject to forfeiture without refund.
As a small business, we aren't able to store orders nor are we able to keep a large reserve for abandoned orders.
Please be aware that failure to pickup within 2 weeks means you may receive an order cancellation without refund.
6) What is your shipping/return policy?
We currently offer flat rate shipping. We ship internationally to most countries. If you are having trouble checking out due to your shipping address, please contact us and we will happily assist.
We are a very small independent company. We will always ship as quickly as possibly, but please be patient. It may take up to 2 weeks for your item to ship.
Curbside pickup is available for some items for local LA pickup. Please note that items fulfilled by our fulfillment center are not available for pickup.
It may take a couple of days to receive a response to any inquiries. As always, we appreciate your patience and your business!
In store purchases:
We are unable to accept returns on in-store purchases. We offer a fitting room for you to try on items prior to purchasing.
Please note that we are a very small business and aren't able to accommodate every return request. Please note that sale items and Vintage pieces are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You may return most new, unopened items with tags within 10 days of receiving the item for store credit. Discounted items and sample sale items are always final sale. Cash refunds are not available. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect item from what was ordered, etc.) If you received a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Waiting longer than 5 days may result in a refund being unavailable, as we can not prove the defect was not caused by wear.
Please feel free to email us with any questions prior to ordering, as we are always happy to provide more information and answer questions on items prior to purchase. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!
You should expect to receive any owed refund credit within two weeks upon our receipt of your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days.) International refunds may take longer.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization. Items returned without authorization may not be processed or sent back.
