90s Double Ditzy Daisy Dress

This 90s  dress has the sweetest details. It's black with an all over print of small yellow and white daisies. It has functional, shell buttons in pairs all down the front. There is a cotton less along the neckline and a tie with belt loops to create an adjustable waistline.
