90s Polka Dots Please Dress - Size 3X/4X

This lightweight, sleeveless dress has a shirred top for maximum stretch and comfort. It is black with white organic polka dots and has a band at the bottom of the skirt with patterns of plants and shapes in sage green, black, and white.
