Painterly Hibiscus Pleated Blouse Cover Up

This blouse is an amazing piece for summer looks or as a bathing suit cover up! It has an adjustable neckline with a tie (would look cute off the shoulder!) and pleated through out. It has a sweeping circular hemline.
