This dress is a rich blue with watercolor pink florals. It has a diamond thread running along the bust that makes it a bit roomier. There's a tier of yellow, painterly florals in the skirt and satin finish pink and blue ribbons throughout.
Altered by removing damaged sleeves to save the piece and make it more wearable!
Refer to last photo to see prior with sleeves. The dress is now sleeveless.
