Vintage Impressionist Floral Skirt

This colorful floral dress has an impressionist vibe. The waistband is elastic but is pretty worn so it fits larger than intended via the tagged size. 

Our model is 5'6" and usually wears a US 26 or 4X and it is at least one size large on her.

You can wear this as a 28/30 or add new elastic to have a more fitted waist.
