Buying appointments are drop-off only. We will not be able to review your clothing in front of you while you wait. We will get back to you within 3 business days with an offer.
All clothes must be laundered and without smells, holes, tears, pilling, etc. It must be in like-new condition. If your items are not clean, we will not handle them.
While we understand that you want to sell your clothing and may be frustrated if we aren't able to take some or any of your pieces, we will also not go into long explanations of why we are not taking pieces. We have to make decisions, and we do not have the space to accept every item or the labor to spend time going through why for each item. We ask for patience and mutual respect with these transactions. By making an appointment, you agree to be kind and respectful. Please note that if you are rude to any employees, we will ask you to leave.
Cash buying is extremely limited. You will be offered a cash price or a larger store credit for your items.
